Chart notes
MISS WAVE settled off the rail on the opening turn then stalked into the backstretch, started a bid approaching the five sixteenths pole, took the lead two deep midway on the far turn and was kept alert to draw off in the stretch. MISS WILD set the pace inside, came under pressure nearing the five sixteenths pole, gave up the lead at the rail midway on the far turn, was steadily encouraged leaving the turn and just lasted in second. DUBAI WAS LIT raced off the pace about the three path the first turn, bid nearing the five sixteenths pole and rounded the far turn in the three path, finished evenly and just missed second. OCEAN LILLY saved ground off the pace, picked up the chase nearing the three eighths pole, raced at the rail on the far turn then weakened. WHYCANTTHISBELOVE ducked out at the break and rounded the first turn about the four path, gave chase into the backstretch but weakened into the far turn. TRAVEL GIRL raced with the pace on the front stretch but bore out into the first turn, was through early and not asked the final quarter.
