Chart notes
GUARDSMAN PASS was unhurried early, moved up four wide near the quarter pole and finished well late to get up under strong handling. SCREENPLAY broke in the air, settled off the early going, moved up three to two wide through the stretch run and finished gamely to just miss. SKY WATCH showed good early speed to set the early pace and weakened the final eighth of a mile. OAK HILL SOLUTION stalked the pace from the outside and tired while racing three wide. KNIGHTED failed to sustain a bid.
