GRAND SLAM HOMERUN moved up inside rivals before reaching the turn to contest the lead, moved clear and drew off under steady handling in the lane. FASHION FACT showed speed out from the rail and could not go with the winner nearing the lane. SAWYOUINOURDREAM was on the early lead three and four wide and weakened through the turn. CHIEFTESS saved ground and lacked a rally. RHINE FALLS was not a factor. RIVER RAIN was taken outside and always back. PLATTE GIRL weakened from four wide in the turn.
