Chart notes
ISHIHARA took over at the rail past the three quarter pole and rated the pace, came under pressure leaving the three eighths pole, contested the advantage at the rail rounding the far turn and was steadily encouraged to hold on well. PRAIRIE stalked in the three path then challenged toward the three eighths pole, contested at a close disadvantage two deep on the far turn, though couldn't improve in the stretch. YOUTHINKTHATSFUNNY settled close off the rail the first turn, picked up the chase leaving the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn about the four path then flattened the final furlong. SAVATIANO saved ground on the first turn, gave chase nearing the three eighths pole, ran at the rail on the far turn, eased outward toward the top of the stretch and showed little more. CHARITABLE SPENNY settled off the pace about the four path the first turn and raced outside into the backstretch, bid toward the three eighths pole then weakened on the far turn. POLITICAL DECISION became edgy in the gate and raced with the early pace two deep, but faded through the backstretch.
