Chart notes
CLASSICAL ROMANCE vied between rivals into the first turn then chased the top trio around the bend, asked around the far turn and spun three wide into the stretch, tipped to the outside in the lane, drew alongside the leaders nearing the sixteenth pole and drove clear. FI FI PHAROAH got bumped in the beginning, vied between rivals in the three path around the first turn, battled in the the two path into and around the far turn, dueled with MIDNIGHT JAMBOREE leaving the second bend, maintained a short lead into the final sixteenth but could not stave off the closing kick of CLASSICAL ROMANCE while drifting out some. MIDNIGHT JAMBOREE broke in and bumped rival at the start, vied four then three deep around the first turn, lost some ground into the far turn, re-engaged the the top pair on the second bend, dueled three wide into the stretch, stayed on into deep stretch and faltered late. DREAM PRINCESS hustled from inside and vied along the rail with outside rivals, dueled with FI FI PHAROAH into the far turn, lost touch with the top pair into the stretch and flattened in the late stages.
