Chart notes
REIGN ON AND ON pressured the pace three wide and raced at even terms two deep through the turn, took the nod at the eighth pole, drew clear in the upper stretch and was steadily handled to hold on well. MY PRETTY EYES chased toward the outside, rounded the turn about the three path, drifted a bit into the lane, dug in to take second inside the sixteenth pole, was gaining on the winner, though ran out of ground. TARGE gave chase, rounded the turn about the four path, left the turn in the six path and came along in an even finish to take third the final yards. MINNETONKA chased inside, checked at the heels of Queen Of Kantharos approaching the quarter pole, recovered stride off the rail on the turn but flattened the final furlong. MAMBA QUEEN was hustled to a slim lead nearing the seven sixteenths pole and set a pressured pace, dug in with the edge nearest the rail on the turn but gave up the lead at the eighth pole and weakened. QUEEN OF KANTHAROS pressured the early pace two deep while between horses but dropped back leaving the three eighths pole and faded at the rail on the turn.
