Chart notes
MISTER K took over the lead soon after the start and held firm around the turn, was ridden along two wide into the upper stretch, dug in under firm handling, turned back the bid from CADDO FOX and kept clear. CADDO FOX tracked the leader into the turn, launched a bid near the quarter pole, sustained a solid response through the lane but had to settle for second best. I'M MONEY raced in range off the top trio, made a three wide move entering the upper stretch and stayed on with response for a share. BIG POWER RED bumped with rival at the start then chased near midpack, came four wide into the lane, brushed with MEAN CANNON and had no closing kick. MEAN CANNON bumped with rival at the start, raced just off mid-flight in early stages, brushed with BIG POWER RED in the upper stretch and lacked a rally. ALTERNATE TIME was forwardly placed along the inside, chased in close contention around the turn, ran on to the furlong marker then gave way. SHANGHAI'S DREAM raced off the early pace, was ridden along three wide into the lane and never threatened. CONATIVE saved ground through the turn and failed to move into contention.
