Chart notes
OBANNON closed to the lead nearing the three quarter pole and angled to the inside to rate the pace, came under pressure approaching the three eighths, widened at the rail on the far turn then taken in hand inside the sixteenth pole. WINDSOR'S TRACKER stalked from the three path, challenged approaching the seven sixteenths pole, rounded the far turn near the rail and settled for second best. ANGELA'S ROMEO raced off the pace about the three path the first turn, bid nearing the seven sixteenths pole, rounded the far turn in the three path and showed little more. ROCKET J. saved ground close to the early pace then eased outward into the backstretch, gave chase leaving the seven sixteenths pole but flattened in the four path of the far turn. MACHEN'S RIDGE saved ground close to the pace on the first turn, picked up the chase toward the seven sixteenths pole then weakened at the rail on the far turn. QUIET JUSTICE showed little response through the backstretch.
