Chart notes
ULTRA SPECIAL tracked the leaders from the three path, angled out in mid turn to the four to five path and drew off under steady urging. CROSS TIMBERS stalked the pace from the inside then circled the field on the turn and closed fastest. SWAY BACK WHEN was placed just off the pace in the five path made a rally on the turn but weakened in the stretch. DA CRIMSON PASS vied for the lead from the three path then led briefly to the quarter pole then faded in the drive. OKIE CITY raced back early then made a three wide bid on the turn to improve position in the stretch. MR L B J pressed the pace from the two to three path and gave way in the stretch drive. GOSPEL DANDY sprinted to the lead from the two path and tired. DUBLESHOTOFBOURBON was rushed to contention from the inside and dropped back.
