Chart notes
RED RED WINE showed the most early speed to gain inside position about a furlong in, continued on a clear and kept safe under steady handling. ALWAYS A TIZ shifted outside the winner going up the backstretch then could not close the gap on the winner. SWEET TATUM was along the inside and could not make a gain in the drive. LEIGHTON KENTUCKY moved up three wide but could not threaten late. MAYZEE weakened three and four wide. VEGAN GOES BEST chased the leaders three wide and weakened. SMACKFIRE was always back.
