Chart notes
MOONLIT SHADOW stalked off the rail, bid leaving the three eighths pole, took the lead two deep approaching the head of the lane, drew clear leaving the far turn and was steadily handled to the finish. THE BETTER ONE saved ground well back from the early pace, started a bid nearing the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn at the rail then dug in to take second inside the sixteenth pole. THE SKY IS FALLING came away a bit awkwardly and settled off the rail the first turn, bid leaving the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn off the rail and was outfinished in the stretch duel for second. MADY ROSE settled back in the three path the first turn, eased outward into the backstretch and bid toward the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn about the five path and passed rivals widest. GWYNEDD came through the frist turn in the four path, gave chase from the three eighths pole, ran in the four path of the far turn then flattened. LUCKY US rated the pace inside, came under pressure leaving the three eighths pole, was caught at the rail nearing the head of the lane and weakened the final furlong. SOMEDAY IS TODAY ran in the three path the first turn, bid leaving the three eighths pole but faded off the rail on the far turn.
