Chart notes
MCLOVIN fought restraint along the first turn from the rail, stalked the early pace, raced on the inside along the second turn, was in the four path entering the lane for the final time, split horses, took over near the three sixteenths pole, inched clear and held off rival in the final stages. HARD RYE GUY was steadied a bit along the first turn from the rail, stayed on the inside along the second turn, was in the four path into the lane for the final time, altered in and out down the lane under a rally and was gaining in the final stages. COOL RAGS raced back early on, was on the inside along the second turn, in the seven path entering the lane, rallied down the lane and was gaining in the late stages. HIGH DEFF (FR) raced in the two path along the first turn, chased the early pace, was in the three path along the second turn, in the five path into the lane and flattened out late in the stretch run. JARREAU raced in the three path along the first turn, tracked the pace early on, raced in the four path along the second turn, was in the five path into the lane while making a bid but weakened late in the stretch drive. DANVILLE raced in the three path along the first turn while back early on, was in the two path along the second turn, in the five path into the lane and leveled off late in the stretch. COMMON BOND was never a threat. SCALES OF JUSTICE broke a tad slow at the break then was rushed up and set the early pace, raced on the inside along the turns and gave way down the lane.
