Chart notes
WIZARD WILLIE broke in front and dropped to the rail, chased the pace for three and one half furlongs, inherited the lead entering the stretch and the leader drifted out and proved best in a stiff drive wile fully extended. VINNY BOY stalked the pace two wide past the quarter pole, was carried out to the seven path then rallied for second. OHIO PLAYER sprinted to the lead soon after the start, set the pace past the quarter pole, drifted to the six path then was outfinished. KING VALERO trailed through the turn then closed a gap late along the rail. FREDDY SOTO never far back, moved closer approaching the top or the stretch, was forced wide then finished determinedly. GUCCISSIMO had a mild rally late. ALGORIX failed to menace.
