Chart notes
TOMMY BEE was well placed early on, raced in the three path along the far turn, was in the four path into the lane, drove past the leaders three wide down the lane, cleared the field and held safely in the final stages. ROUGHLY A DIAMOND raced back early on, was on the inside along the far turn, altered out in the upper stretch, rallied down the lane and was gaining in the final stages. BLOODLINE was bumped at the start, stalked the pace early, raced in the two path into the lane and weakened late in the stretch run. XAVEY DAVE chased the pace early, raced in the four path along the far turn, was in the five path into the lane, bothered a bit in the upper stretch and came again in the late stages. DROPPIN G'S was bumped at the start and raced back early on, was in the four path into the lane and moved up late in the stretch drive. CREDIBILITY tracked the pace early on, was on the inside along the far turn, in the three path into the lane and weakened late in the stretch run. BOCHOMBO set the pace early, was on the inside through the far turn and faltered down the lane. IMMORAL trailed the field throughout. THE RIDER OF XAVEY DAVE CLAIMED AN OBJECTION AGAINST ROUGHLY A DIAMOND FOR INTERFERENCE IN THE UPPER STRETCH BUT AFTER REVIEW BY THE STEWARDS THE CLAIM WAS DISALLOWED. THE THREE QUARTERS TIME WAS HAND-TIMED DUE TO AN OUTRIDER CROSSING THE BEAM PREMATURELY.
