Chart notes
REBEL RULER was away alertly to set the pace while racing in the two path, was well rated throughout and kicked clear when roused leaving the turn to prove best. AMERICAN FORCES was reserved early, advanced two to three wide on the turn, swung out four wide for the drive and finished well to be clearly second best. MIDDLE EARTH was bumped at the start, stalked the early pace four wide and made a three wide bid on the turn but flattened out, bested rest. DIABLO D ORO was settled back early, advanced on the turn three wide and swung out five wide for the drive but had no late rally. NAZARENO tracked the early pace between rivals, then chased the pace on the turn and came five wide in to the lane and was empty. JERUSALEM GATES was off slowly, then raced four wide on the backstretch and failed to respond. ECONOMIC POWER failed to menace. ORASHI chased the pace five wide and tired. KINSALER was well placed on the inside and stopped.
