Chart notes
POUNDING MUSIC , in traffic approaching the first turn, was rank entering the first turn, hugged the inner rail leaving the backstretch, waited for room in hand leaving the far turn, swung outside in upper stretch, closed and drove clear late. HOLLYWOOD WALK stalked the pace down the backstretch, advanced three wide on the far turn, sprinted clear approaching the eighth pole and weakened late. CUSH EFFECT , unhurried down the backstretch, raced inside horses on the far turn and in the stretch, altered course to the outside near the sixteenth pole and closed. LOOKS DON'T LIE prompted the pace two wide and weakened the final furlong. LIKE N' EAGLE , four wide the first turn, raced inside horses on the far turn and failed to rally. VIOLET JESSOP , no factor, raced wide leaving the far turn. BOURBON GYPSY set a pressured pace along the inner rail and weakened. GLOWSITY , three wide the first turn, weakened on the far turn. DOOMSCROLLER , outrun, raced along the inner rail through the stretch. PETITE ROUGE , wide both turns, was not a factor.
