Chart notes
BEHIND THE CURTAIN made the lead on the rail and drew off from the field at the eight pole to win handily. BOLD EXCAPER stalked the leader, three wide and did not have enough in late stretch. KNIGHTED pressed the pace early, two wide, made a mild bid but faltered late stretch. DEMURO was near the front early, three abreast and ran evenly. AUTO BE THE MAN stepped from the gates slow and was no factor. MAN IN THE MIDDLE race five wide throughout and dropped back late.
