Chart notes
MINISTERTOMYHEART was two wide on the first turn, moved up between rivals to force the pace at that juncture, was pressured by a foe turning for home but remained clear and held sway while being eased up in the final yards. MR. BIG RIG drifted out three wide and bumped a rival entering the first turn, was within contention through much of the running but proved no match. BIG EVENT was bumped into the first turn and floated four wide, tracked the leaders shifting in at the quarter pole but failed to rally. QUINTON'S CHARMER broke a step slowly, was unhurried early while in the vicinity of a loose horse, shifted in and raced mostly near the rail, improved position. HUNKY DUNN shifted in heading into the first turn showing brief early speed, dropped back and failed to rally. LEA COSTA ME went four wide on the turns and failed to menace. FOUR SOCKS WHO went five wide into the first turn, steadily retreated while remaining wide. EIGHT MAKAR bobbled at the break losing the rider, walked off. FOLLOWING A STEWARDS' INQUIRY INTO THE START AS WELL AS AN OBJECTION BY THE RIDER OF BIG EVENT AGAINST MR. BIG RIG ALLEGING INTERFERENCE ON THE FIRST TURN, NO ACTION WAS TAKEN.
