Chart notes

BOTTA SWING vied for the early lead three wide, made a bid on the turn and was two wide by the quarter pole while clear, then dropped to the rail when straighten and given one pop right handed with the riding crop and responded well, drew off smartly in the furlong grounds while being ridden out, sharp. RED HOT ROD vied for the early lead on the inside, angled off the inside leaving the turn and stayed on gamely for the place award while no match to the winner. NINETYFOUR EXPOS was bumped at the start, chased the early pace four wide, then advanced three to four wide on the turn, was in range when leaving the turn but flattened out. MR. RUDY was off slowly, settled back early, came six wide into the drive and had a belated rally. MIAH SAID was away alertly and vied for the early lead two wide and then steadied between rivals entering the far turn, then shifted out and made a three to four wide run on the turn and then weakened in the drive. MY GIRL GABBY chased the pace on the inside and had no rally. BAJAN BULLET broke inward at the start bumping a rival, then raced three wide on the turn and was not a threat. The rider on number four MIAH SAID claimed foul against the winner BOTTA SWING and also the Stewards posted an INQUIRY concerning the run into the far turn, after reviewing the replays the race was left as is.
