Chart notes
FRENCH ROSE stalked the early leaders while saving ground, angled out in the far turn to bid five wide into the lane and gain the lead midstretch then held sae as GOODNIGHTLOVING rallied late. GOODNIGHTLOVING settled in reach three or four wide, moved out rally six wide into the lane and closed but could not run down the winner. FIRST ALTERNATE moved up four wide to challenge on the lead four wide going up the backstretch, moved clear into the lane but came up empty late. LAURIEANN moved outside the early leader to vie from between rivals going up the backstretch and weakened into the lane. TRACK SMART cleared the field in the first turn to move inside rivals while out from the rail and tired nearing the lane. FIVE ROSES LUNA trailed throughout.
