Chart notes
UNTO THEE was away alertly, bobbled a bit soon after the break and was sent to the front, set moderate fractions through the turn, shook free of a pressing rival nearing the head of the lane, extended the lead in mid stretch and kicked clear late. MEETMEATTHECLUB broke out at the start and bothered NUESTRO ENGREIDO, chased the pace from the inside, tipped out for the drive, made a mild gain nearing the furlong marker and was outfinished in the end, while besting the rest. LITTLE CASINO pressed the early pace, lost ground to the winner nearing the quarter marker, was outkicked in the stretch run but held on for third in the end. BIG PAPA STEVE tracked the pace outside of rivals and gave way in the drive. NUESTRO ENGREIDO was bothered at the start when MEETMEATTHECLUB broke out and was off slowly, chased the moderate pace two deep through the turn and lacked a late response.
