Chart notes
MORTAL STORM drifted to the four path into the first turn, closed to the lead approaching the five sixteenths pole, drew clear past the quarter, widened at the rail on the turn and was steadily handled in the lane. BOCA BIRDIE hesitated at the break and raced well back in the three and four paths the first turn, bid nearing the three eighths pole, progressed in the five path of the far turn, took second inside the eighth pole and ran evenly in the lane. LIL SWEETHEART tapered in to race with the pace two deep through the front stretch, gave chase from the seven sixteenths pole, rounded the far turn in the three path then weakened. WHIZ PASS raced well off the pace and off the pace then eased out into the backstretch and showed little response. CHIT CHAT GIRL saved ground, picked up the chase leaving the seven sixteenths pole then weakened on the far turn. CRUZ IN THE CASTLE set the early pace at the rail, came under pressure leaving the seven sixteenths pole, was caught toward the five sixteenths and weakened at the rail on the far turn.
