Chart notes
SECRET ALLIANCE settled off the leaders, bid three wide on the final turn, led at the eighth pole, drifted in, edged clear and lasted. LOOSE ENDS settled at the back of the pack, rallied wide on the final turn and into the stretch, gained gradually but ran out of ground. KENNER set a measured pace inside, shook clear at the quarter pole then proved empty in the lane. THREE COMMA GLENN prompted the pace outside, was asked for run on the final turn but weakened. LUCKY RUNNING CAT faded after the initial quarter mile and was always outrun.
