GIA'S FUEGO pressed the pacesetter outside, led midway on the turn, moved clear in midstretch and lasted. ESPERNSITA moved closer between rivals on the turn and finished gamely inside winner. PHANCY PHILLY lagged far behind, angled out in the stretch and closed strongly too late. POWWA OF LOVE broke slowly, rushed to contention inside, lacked room in traffic nearing the stretch and finished willingly. QPIDSCARIZMATKQTEE was urged close up five wide down the backstretch, remained wide, bid closer in the stretch then tired JET FORCE was urged close up outside to the turn, angled wide and gave way. EMPRESS IRENE moved clear inside through the opening quarter, was collared midway on the turn and gave way.
