Chart notes
FUNNY BACHELOR had speed from the start pressing the early pace four wide, was in tight and checked nearing the quarter pole, shifted outside, came on again five wide through the final stages and got up in time. CORNER OFFICE pressed the pace three then four wide and dug in gamely for second. SUSIE'S KID had speed from the start five wide, rallied four wide to make the lead in upper stretch then was outfinished. QUIET AMIGO pressed the pace two wide through the turn, dropped inside the drifting leader and finished determinedly along the rail. DENNY M rushed up along the rail to gain a narrow lead soon after the start, set the pace to the top of the stretch, drifted to the four path then was outfinished two wide.
