Chart notes
TAPIT HAPPY JOHN checked at the five-eighths pole, two path into the turn, four wide out of it, responded and rallied for the win. BIG BROWN SHOES vied for the lead three across four wide early, took charge along the three path on the turn, remained clear and then couldn't last. NIGHTSPOT vied for the lead from between early, tracked into the lane and finished with interest. BIJEMINI SLEW unhurried, saved ground on the turn, eased out some and made a late bid. NAVY PIER unhurried, three path on the turn and failed to threaten inside. MO CRAZY BLUES four wide on the turn and weakened. HOLY COWBOY vied for the lead along the rail and gave way. ONE WHIRLWIND RIDE four wide on the turn, five wide out of it and then was eased over the wire. MISTER LARRY bore out badly on the turn and tired.
