Chart notes
CLOSE TO ME trailed into the far turn, angled out nearing the top of the stretch, closed willingly five wide and got up in the final strides. RIGHT TRAPPE close up from the start, rallied four wide into the stretch, made the lead late and just missed hanging on. CATABOUT chased the pace two wide into the far turn, made the lead, set the pace into the stretch then was outfinished. CAUSE OF LOVE vied for the early lead along the rail, angled out on the far turn then went evenly. ULTRA RAYS pressed the pace three wide, drew on near even terms for the lead on the second turn, had speed until mid stretch then came up empty. FLAXEN failed to menace. FRIDAY was no threat. SHORE OF EDEN was fractious in the gate, broke alertly, set the pace along the inside into the far turn then stopped.
