Chart notes
KALEO stalked the early pace, moved up three to four wide through the upper stretch and proved best under all out pressure. VIENNA PRIZE showed good early speed to set the early pace, raced two to three wide, dug in inside the eighth pole and finished gamely to the wire. KIRBY DERBY pressed the early leader from the inside and weakened a bit in the stretch run. LIBERTY SPIRIT was allowed to settle off the early going, raced towards the inside near the quarter pole and had no response. DRAMAATTHEBORDER stalked the early pace and tired while racing four wide. ROWDY GALE raced far back and never threatened.
