Chart notes
FLIPPIN was coaxed along early, raced five wide through the upper stretch, surged inside the eighth pole and got up late under strong handling. CLINK CHEERS dueled early on with Dixiewish, was clear inside the eighth pole and wore down late to finish second best. DIXIEWISH dueled for the early lead along the inside and weakened the final eighth of a mile. PRINCESS SOLITAIRE was off slowly, dropped to the back of the pack early, was angled four to five wide through the upper lane had not enough in the drive. AT THE LYRIC was hustled from the inside, raced four wide near the three sixteenths pole and had no response. SILENTANDDISCREET was coaxed along early and tired while racing from the inside.
