Chart notes
LOST IN NEWYORK was well rated early, shifted out and made a three wide move on the turn, drew clear by the furlong marker, then held on latendespite being on left lead, driving. MACHO SMOKE was settled early, shifted out and split rivals leaving the five sixteenths pole, came four wide into the drive while advancing, rallied well, switched back to left lead at the sixteenth pole and hung late. ECLIPTICALS ELLIOT was allowed to settle while five wide, came five wide into the lane and had a late rally. PYLON stalked the early pace two wide, then dropped to the inside on the turn and weakened. LONG TOM was settled back early, came six wide into the drive and had no rally. CAPT. CANDY set the early pace and was headed by the quarter pole and weakened. MISTER GARY was settled while four wide and weakened.
