SAFE TRAVELS was a bit keen while saving ground around the first turn, settled on the lead while racing up the backstretch, continued to save ground around the far turn, turned back a challenge in upper stretch and maintained a comfortable margin to the wire. WESTERN SKIES chased the leader from the two path around the first turn and up the backstretch, continued to pursue while saving ground around the far turn, challenged the leader at the top of the stretch and chased that rival to the wire. COME WHAT MAE saved ground around the first turn, raced off the pace on the inside up the backstretch, began to improve position from the rail while racing around the far turn and finished evenly, just holding third place. SHE TAKES FLIGHT veered out leaving the break, raced in the three path around the first turn, trailed the field on the outside up the backstretch, navigated the far turn from the two path and gained some ground mildly in late stretch, just missing the show. BOMBARRA GOLD raced in the two path around the first turn, continued up the backstretch in the middle of the pack on the outside, came around the far turn in the two path and weakened late.
