Chart notes
BOUT TIME stalked the pace early on, fanned into the five path entering the lane, took over command and drew clear in the stretch under a steady drive. NOTA BENE raced back early on, swung into the six path into the lane, rallied down the lane and was up for place in the final stages. CRUZ BAY was bumped at the start and raced back early on, was in the seven path into the lane, made a bid down the lane but flattened out late in the drive. SAND AND SEA was reserved early on, swung into the six path into the lane with a belated gain in the stretch run. ONLY KIDDING chased the pace early, was in the six path into the lane while making a bid but leveled off late in the stretch drive. COMMANDERS PALACE was in the five path into the lane and improved position down the lane. BLAZING SUMMER stalked the pace early, was in the five path into the lane and faded late in the stretch. SPARKLE OF HOPE was never a threat. KONA KAI was done early. SOCIAL MANDATE raced widest throughout. GIVERNY rushed to the front from the gate and set the pace early on, lost her footing and stumbled a bit nearing the three eighths pole and caved down the lane. LADY DANAE was bumped at the start and through after a half.
