Chart notes
LUCKY LUKE hopped slightly at the start, but recovered quickly and drove up along the inside to battle for the lead entering the first turn, set a pressured pace from along the rail in the run down the backstretch and through the final turn, began to get the better of his pace rival entering he lane, and pulled clear late while drifting out approaching the wire. FOOT SOLDIER away alertly and pressed the pace while racing to the outside of LUCKY LUKE entering the first turn, continued to force the issue from the outside of that rival in the run down the backstretch and through the final turn, was unable to keep tabs on his pace rival late, but battled gamely three wide in the drive to prove second best. MR. QUALITY stalked the dueling leaders in the run down the backstretch while saving ground at the rail, rallied along the inside entering the final turn, and found his best stride late while finishing three wide in the drive. KNOPFLER settled well off the early pace while racing four wide entering the backstretch, commenced his bid two out from the rail entering the final turn, but needed more late while finishing four wide in the drive. WE'RE IN COMMAND broke sharply and stalked the leaders into the backstretch while racing one out from the rail, rallied two wide entering the final turn, but failed to make a late impact.
