CARRIER PIGEON away alertly dueled on a narrow lead through the turn edging clear in upper angling out while holding firm late. OLD MOUNTAIN LANE leapt in the air leaving the gate, hustled after chased then pressed on the turn vying from mid track down the lane finishing well to salvage place. FOOLISH EQUATION pressed the pace through the turn moving between horses into upper stretch losing path near the eighth pole angling in while weakening late. BURKIE slow early gained outside on the turn coming six wide into upper stretch giving an even finish. CONQUEST HARLANDAY vied on the turn then leveled off along the inside in upper stretch. BIG HUNK showed early speed then faded on the turn. AN OBJECTION FROM THE RIDER OF FOOLISH EQUATION AGAINST THE RIDER OF OLD MOUNTAIN LANE FOR INTERFERENCE NEAR THE EIGHTH POLE WAS DISMISSED BY THE STEWARDS.
