GHOST STRATEGY sped to the lead soon after the start, set the pace up the backstretch, dictated terms by a narrow margin into the far turn, vied with rival at the quarter pole, dug in and found more in reserve turning for home, regained a clear advantage and held firm under steady urging. D VON TAE was forwardly placed up the backstretch, flattened a couple spots around the far turn, launched a three wide rebid at the head of the lane and cleared second best. BILLY YANK tracked the early pace, saved ground around the final turn, launched an inside bid top of the lane and stayed on for a share. MACHINEGUNPREACHER stalked the pace up the backstretch, pressed the pace into the far turn, vied for the lead at the quarter pole then gave way in the lane. FAKE SOLUTION raced in the back, came three wide into the upper stretch and never threatened.
