Chart notes
SWAGGY GEORGE sprinted to the lead soon after the start, held clear around the turn, widened advantage in the upper stretch and kept to task. BIG THORN got pinched back at the start, rated off the second flight in early stages, began to pick up the pace late on the turn, was set down three to four wide in the drive and finished second best. RIDE RICHIE RIDE was forwardly placed in opening stages, chased after the leader around the turn and churned on for a share. ROCK CITY ROCKET hustled up along the rail around the turn and offered no late bid. J'S LITTLE MAN lacked speed and raced in the back, saved ground around the turn and failed to threaten. FLYTA showed brief response in opening stages and weakened around the turn.
