EMPEROROFTHEDARK broke sharply to a clear lead holding daylight through the turn turning back rival at the had of the lane widening under a drive. LIKEABLE chased the pace through the turn extending into upper stretch losing ground to the leader there a clear second best. SHELTOWEE'S BALI raced evenly throughout holding the others in the four path down the lane. TAPPIN ROYALTY played no factor. MAGICIAN STONE offered little.
