Chart notes
MIAMI MUMBLES was well placed on the inside, advanced on the turn and shifted off the inside by the quarter pole to make a three wide bid leaving the turn, then went on even terms by the furlong marker and slowly edged clear to prove best under a drive. OUR HOISTED MAST was off a step slow, then went up four wide into the first turn, set the pace and crossed over to the inside on the turn, then was headsed by the furlong marker and kept on while being outfinished. MOON MEISTER was rated along the inside, dropped back on the far turn, then came again and was gaining late on the inside. DIGGERS DIAMOND prompted the pace three wide and faded. SOUL FIGHT was reserved early, advanced five wide by the quarter pole but had no late kick. HOLD THE IRISH chased the pace three to four wide and had no rally.
