Chart notes
STALEMATE vied early three wide, then settled back along the rail, rallied four wide on the turn, gained command in late stretch and held on well to the wire. LACEY BOSS was in close early three wide, then dropped back, came on again on the turn, headed down the stretch but gave way in the end. STILL OF THE NIGHT raced from the inside then menaced coming into the turn and held on for third. TEXAS THUNDER angled in along the rail to set the pace, lead going into the turn, but faltered in the stretch drive. DOC'S DENITA was unhurried early, then made a mild bid in the stretch drive but was no threat. DONT FLOAT THE ICE vied for the lead early, then dropped back and failed to menace. PER RULING #LSP32185 FROM THE TEXAS RACING COMMISSION, STALEMATE WAS DISQUALIFIED FROM 1st TO UNPLACED DUE TO A POSITIVE TEST.
