MOVING PICTURES was bumped at the start and steadied, rushed up on the rail into contention, vied inside, dueled inside on the turn, shook free, drew clear under urging and was ridden out. COVERT KAT chased the pace, came three wide into the lane, shifted out behind a rival at the eighth pole, rallied outside and was along for the place spot. JUST JEREMY vied three wide for the early lead, dueled two wide on the turn and weakened in the lane. JONNY QUIST was reluctant to load, rushed up two wide into contention, vied between rivals, then chased and tired. CHIEF ENGINEER was reluctant to load, bumped at the start, chased the pace, came two wide into the lane and tired.
