Chart notes
HAVE A PLAN sped to the lead soon after the start and showed the way into the turn, widened to a clear advantage and stayed sharp under steady urging. LITTLE TOE raced off the top trio into the turn, launched a three wide bid heading into the upper stretch, gained some ground on the winner but had to settle for second best. LODE OF BLARNEY hustled along in steady pursuit, saved ground into the upper stretch and stayed on for a share. KILLEEN was not too far back in the early going, failed to progress under pressure around the turn then retreated in the lane. PARLAY PETE was forwardly placed in early stages, chased after the winner around the turn then tired in the drive. MONYDONTSPENITSELF raced in the back along the outside, tucked in for the turn, came back out for the stretch run and had no response.
