Chart notes
EPIC TIME pressured the pace and contested at a close disadvantage in the three path of the turn, drifted leaving the turn but dug in through the final furlong to take the nod in the closing yards. BUDDY BUDDY pressured the pace, raced near the rail on the turn and took the lead past the eighth pole, dug in under steady encouragement to keep the nod for second, while outfinished in the final yards. NOW HOOK'EM was bumped outward and into Somesayneigh then bobbled leaving the gate, set a pressured pace from the half mile pole, contested the advantage at the rail on the turn, was caught past the eighth pole, dueled between horses through the stretch then outfinished for second. JUBA BOUND gave chase, ran in the three path of the turn and finished evenly. SIENTE EL AMOR chased, rounded the turn off the rail, angled to the four path leaving the turn then flattened in the lane. B. J. MOOSE came out and made contact with Now Hook'em on the chute, gave chase through the backstretch, ran at the rail on the turn and showed little in the lane. NICE BUT NAUGHTY chased, raced near the rail on the turn, angled out leaving the turn and showed little more. SOMESAYNEIGH broke awkwardly, was bumped on the chute and raced wide into the lane.
