Chart notes
TWEET THIS took the lead early on and rated the pace inside, came under pressure leaving the five sixteenths pole, raced near the rail on the far turn and was steadily handled to hold on. PLAYBOY ROY broke outward across the path of the slow breaking Thatza Alpha then rated close inside, bid leaving the three eighths pole, ran at the rail on the far turn and finished evenly while gaining slowly. BOP MARLEY settled inside, picked up the chase from the three eighths pole, raced off the rail on the far turn and ran evenly in the lane. STEP OUT DANCING raced off the rail on the first turn then eased outward into the backstretch, gave chase from the three eighths pole but showed little response. LEG UP broke inward then stalked in the two and three paths, gave chase past the half mile pole but faded from the five sixteenths. THATZA ALPHA broke a step slow, rounded the first turn about the four path and was not a factor.
