Chart notes
HAGLER stalked the pace, circled the turn three wide, eased out to the four path approaching the stretch, closed outside horses and took the lead approaching the finish. FREE SQUARE sprinted to the early lead, set the pace along the inner rail, drifted out some late and gave way grudgingly. MOSE PERFECT stumbled leaving the starting gate, raced in the two path on the turn, swung five wide in upper stretch and rallied. HAMPDEN LANE hugged the inner rail around the turn, moved to the four path in upper stretch and passed a pair of tired foes. ROMINSKI , three deep chasing the pace around the turn, gave way. YO NESSROUNDONKERN , in the two path on the turn, chased the pace and gave way in upper stretch.
