Chart notes
RICHIESGOTSWAGGER dropped back in the early stages, made a steady advance through the far turn, raced five to six wide through the upper stretch and finished strongly to get up under steady handling. REED KAN tracked the early leader down the backstretch, moved up three to four wide into the lane, led deep stretch but couldn't hold off the winner late to finish second best. CARAMELITO dropped to the back of the pack early on, moved up near the inside through the far turn, raced five wide near the three sixteenths pole and moved up to improve position. DENVER CITY showed good early speed to set the early and weakened a bit the final eighth of a mile. SOUL STREIT was coaxed along early from the inside and weakened in the drive.
