Chart notes
SILVERSCAPE set the pace right out of the gate, getting pressed from the outside down the lane, then drew clear in the stretch drive and finished with a wire to wire win. GURKHA GOLD (IRE) was near the back early on, then angled out in the far turn, going four wide and closed willingly to get up for place. MIDYEAR got in tight and squeezed back at the start, then was allowed to settle and angled out, closing fast, four wide, to get up for show. TYLER'S DREAM pressed the pace early, going two wide, then offered a mild bid down the lane but hung late. RED HOT MOON was near the back, racing three wide, the offered a mild bid in the stretch drive. GASTOWN stalked the pace, going four wide and gave way in the stretch. PUMPKIN BREAD chased the pace, going two wide, then dropped back in the far turn. TAYLOR'S SECRET was in contention early, three wide, and faded in the far turn. KEEP THE BLING stalked the pace, from five wide and failed to respond. Following the race, there was a stewards inquiry was called concerning an incident during the first furlong of the race.
