GUACO tracked the pace, raced boxed through the turn, angled out in the stretch for clear racing room, made a steady gain and drove clear. CROSSTOWN SHOOTOUT allowed to settle, saved ground through the turn, angled widest in the stretch, then made a steady gain and closed well for the place. SAMAY well placed, gained a striking position three wide through the turn, bid on that path gain the lead into the stretch, shook clear, then weakened late and held the show. BLICHTON well placed and between rivals, held position on the two path through the turn, angled out to bid four wide into the lane and weakened the final furlong. FORWARD MOTION rated just outside the leader, held position on the two path through the turn, bid between rivals into the stretch and faded the final furlong. CLAW set the pace inside and faded in the stretch.
