Chart notes
BREEZY GUST pressed the pacesetter outside, edged ahead in midstretch then pulled clear driving through the final furlong. FLOAT ON broke alertly and set the pace, was collared nearing the eighth pole and continued gamely. LOVERBOY LOU pulled his way closer into the far turn then rallied outside. HE HATE ME saved ground close up then flattened out through the stretch. DECKOLOGY raced between rivals early then weakened steadily. ARRECIFE lagged far behind and trailed throughout.
