STAR SHOPPING saved ground off the pace, angled out nearing the eighth pole, closed outside and was just up for the place. QUANTUM THEORY set a clear pace along the rail and led until deep stretch. EUPHORIA STAR saved ground in range, made progress in upper stretch but flattened out. SKIPPERINI tracked the pace three wide and was one-paced through the lane. VALIANT AVENGER failed to menace while racing two and three wide. NIGHT JUMPER was outrun while racing three and four wide. THIS RACE WAS HAND-TIMED WITH RUN-UP UNAVAILABLE.
