RUN FOR MY HONEY was floated three wide into the first turn, was under a snug hold into the backstretch run, overtook J AND M EXPRESS nearing the five furlong marker and set the pace outside of rivals to the second turn, extended the lead in upper stretch and was ridden out in the end as much the best. J AND M EXPRESS was sent leaving the break, ceded the lead into the backstretch run, lost ground to the winner along the far turn, was no match in the drive but held for second in the final stages. BIG JOLT steadied entering the first turn, saved ground while stalking the early pace, lost ground into the second turn, was outrun in upper stretch and gave way in the late going. SOO BROOKLYN was three wide into the first turn while not far back, advanced along the backstretch run, lost ground while three wide on the second turn, was outkicked in upper stretch and weakened in the final stages.
